Who are we and what do we do? 

HardHats is an on-demand recruiting platform for construction workers and contractors built to combat labor while connecting professionals, workers & crews. We target qualified workers and crews when they experience downtime on projects and in the process we currently source and pre-interview candidates for companies and match them to your job.

What type of skills do you source?

HardHats provides general labor, carpentry skills, heavy equipment, CDL drivers, handymen, crews, electrical, concrete needs, underground plumbing, professional needs, and much more. Generally, anyone looking for work in the construction industry. We also encourage entry-level candidates to sign up and new to construction individuals so we can help navigate them to a new career or job opportunity.

What industry do you offer your services to?

HardHats is focused on heavy civil construction, commercial, residential, some federal, concrete companies, landscaping, and other construction. Although if you need our help please contact us!

Do you offer your service to other states? 

We are currently dedicated to the state of Arizona and some other cornering states. We plan to provide our services to Texas in the future. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How do you source construction workers?

We have a unique outreach and several partnerships that allow us to grow and expand with word of mouth, targeted ads, a strong social media presence, sponsorships, and paid expos for exposure. We also utilize most employment platforms and our mailing list.

How do I sign up and how do I get notified of a match?

When you sign up into the companies tab our team will be notified and you’ll receive an invite within 1 day to our app. After you complete your account you can start posting your jobs. Once we evaluate your job we’ll post and send the job out to all of our workers. After that, we match the resume and send you a notification about the match via email.

What if our company has no work for our crew but we’re expecting to have more work in a few weeks? How do you help us and construction workers with income?

If you are a construction company and are having project delays and would like us to help your crew to find work we can help facilitate that process. We understand with the labor shortages and demand that you need a trusted resource for your company and crew when this occurs. Simply submit your crew and someone from our team will be in touch shortly.

What if I need more than one person?

If you need more than one worker for the same skill you may specify in the post whether you need 1 or 5 laborers for example. If you need to post more than one job with different skills you must do them individually. We will keep matching within the two weeks until you hire.

Do you source crews?

Yes, we can find entire crews at the same cost.
