To Be Successful at This Role, You Will Need: • Must be able to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive and, in some cases, protected Employee and company data and/or information • Must have integrity and the ability to discuss issues openly and honestly with your team and clients • Must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills • Must have knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, ability to deliver high-quality, time-sensitive work • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels throughout the organization • Highly proficient in MS Office applications; experience with accounting software preferred • Strong written and verbal presentation skills • 2-4 years relevant experience required, experience in construction environment preferred. • Strong drive for results in a high growth environment • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Sargon Masonry Construction offers competitive compensation based on experience and skill level. This is full-time role between $40,000-$55,000 annual compensation, depending on candidate’s qualifications.
