Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain volumetric concrete trucks, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Load and mix concrete materials accurately according to specifications.
Deliver concrete to construction sites, ensuring timely and precise placement.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, project managers, and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and address any concerns or changes.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on the trucks to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues or repairs needed.
Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery tickets and vehicle inspection reports, accurately and promptly.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating volumetric concrete trucks or similar equipment.
Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and delivery processes.
Excellent driving skills with the ability to operate heavy vehicles in a safe and controlled manner.
Ability to read and interpret delivery instructions, maps, and project plans.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when required.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, as necessary.
