• Ground up construction and commercial experienced preferred.

Looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day on-site construction activities. Essential tasks include, but are not limited to, scheduling, walking the site with City inspectors, taking pictures of job progress & relaying weekly update information to office staff, coordinating & supervising subcontractors of various trades to ensure quality, on time schedule, & a safe working environment are all met, some emailing will be required as well. The ideal candidate must understand the project plans & specifications; must be able to read & accurately interpret blueprints & building specifications to ensure construction is completed as intended. Hourly rate was required to be put in, this does not necessarily reflect the amount you will be paid, we had to enter a number. We pay salary
