Marrs inc Construction is a earth moving construction company that stays busy year around. You must have a good attitude and be a team player. We pay based on experience. If you have heavy civil experience this is a plus. You should have experience working on and understanding cut/fill, finish AB Grade for paving, mass excavation projects and have the ability to work safely at all times. This is a safety sensitive position that is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment with knowledge of hazards and safety precautions and awareness and of cut/fill operations for our projects.

Experience in general construction, preferred. Values a teamwork environment and have an up-beat personality and self-motivated. Excellent attendance required, dependable, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respects authority. Proficient in the use of survey equipment necessary to provide staking. Strong physical stamina Ability to crouch, stand, walk and bend Ability to lift more than 35lbs repeatedly during a shift. Health Insurance, Paid Holidays and Vacation time after 90 days.
